Ladies, lets break that grass ceiling, ablaze with the unstoppable rise of women, the world will witness remarkable milestones. Amidst the vibration of growth and revolution, women everywhere will reclaim their power especially in the cannabis industry.

The cannabis industry is grooving, with an annual growth rate of 14%. There’s no better moment for women to seize the opportunity, rally their strengths, and pave their paths to claim a piece of the pie. As the industry skyrockets, it’s begging for fresh perspectives and diverse voices, women entrepreneurs are uniquely positioned to harness their creativity, resilience, and vision to make their mark. Her work emphasizes the integration of traditional therapeutic modalities with alternative practices, including trauma-informed care, to promote resilience and self-empowerment.
Sarie Scott, LCPC, CCE
Sarie Scott, M.A., is a distinguished professional with a multifaceted background in mental health counseling and cannabis coaching. As a licensed therapist and certified cannabis educator, she bridges the gap between traditional mental health practices and innovative cannabis-assisted therapies. Her work focuses on cannabis-informed care, reducing dependencies, and empowering communities to embrace holistic mental wellness.


In “Women’s Wellness Redefined: Cannabis in Mental Health Care,” Kevnesha Boyd and Sarie Scott will explore how women can harness the potential of cannabis to address specific mental health symptoms, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. The presentation will illuminate alternative therapies like cannabis-assisted psychotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), emphasizing their role in promoting holistic healing.
With a focus on education and empowerment, this session aims to demystify cannabis use in mental health, reduce stigma, and provide actionable strategies for women to improve their wellness journeys. Drawing from both personal expertise and research, the speakers will create a space for dialogue, learning, and inspiration.

Cassie has 7 years combined experience in PA/NJ. She is the Regional Sales Account Manager for MPX. She is working on destigmatizing cannabis through education, outreach, and accessibility to quality medicine. Cassie will be speaking and answering questions on our Women's panel.
